You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of fraud prevention strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, operations, and finance teams to drive improvements in fraud detection and prevention. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for translating data trends into business recommendations that enhance product features and user experience. You are comfortable with experimentation and can design and analyze online tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new fraud features. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in data analytics and fraud strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively explore data to identify opportunities that accelerate product development and improve existing products in Trust and Safety. You will drive the analytical work of online experiments to optimize existing strategies, aiming for better conversion rates in fraud detection. You will collaborate with product teams to develop new fraud features and work with engineering to launch experiments that test the performance of these features. Additionally, you will engage with operations to execute risk and resolution strategies and partner with finance to facilitate discussions on portfolio performance and loss forecasting. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the fraud strategy and ensuring its effective execution across the organization.
