What you'll do

In this role, you will leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights that inform credit strategies for new initiatives and products. You will work closely with the Machine Learning and Engineering teams to develop new underwriting models, ensuring that they are effective and aligned with the company's goals. Collaborating with Product teams, you will help design and implement new products and features that enhance the customer experience.

You will also partner with the Merchant Pricing team to evaluate different merchants and work with the Finance team to facilitate discussions with debt and equity investors. Your role will involve continuous testing and experimentation to optimize strategies and ensure sustainable growth while managing the profitability and resilience of Affirm's portfolio.
