What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead the Lakehouse Analytics team, overseeing the development of frameworks and systems that support Affirm's data and storage services. You will collaborate with product stakeholders to define architectural and organizational future states, ensuring that your team can scale effectively.

Your responsibilities will include managing multi-quarter roadmaps, driving execution, and making balanced decisions that align with Affirm's forward-looking vision. You will mentor engineers and managers, fostering an inclusive culture that encourages ownership and high performance.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the integration of various data tools and systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization while maintaining cost efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability for Affirmers.
