You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and driving growth within a business context — your experience has equipped you with the ability to identify new opportunities and execute strategies that align with company objectives. You excel in building trusted relationships with partners, from working teams to mid-level leaders, ensuring that collaboration is effective and beneficial for all parties involved. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor and optimize partnership performance using data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with KPIs and strategic goals. You are results-oriented and thrive in environments where you can advocate for partners while maintaining high standards for performance and innovation.
Desirable
Experience in the payments industry or a related field would be a plus, as would familiarity with go-to-market strategies and partnership management. You are comfortable negotiating partnership amendments and renewals, adapting to evolving business objectives as necessary. Your ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, enhances the success of strategic partners and drives overall business growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a named portfolio of existing payments partnerships, focusing on expanding business value and accelerating revenue. You will identify new opportunities within existing partner relationships that align with Affirm’s growth objectives, executing tailored go-to-market strategies for each partnership. Your responsibilities will include negotiating partnership amendments and renewals as needed, ensuring that all agreements support the evolving business landscape. You will build and maintain trusted relationships within partner organizations, working closely with various stakeholders to drive merchant acquisition and enhance partnership performance. Monitoring and optimizing partnership performance will be key, as you will use data-driven insights to ensure alignment with KPIs and strategic goals. You will act as an internal advocate for partners, upholding high standards for performance, innovation, and value creation. Collaboration with Product and Marketing teams will be essential to support roadmaps and campaigns that enhance the success of strategic partners.
