You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and driving growth outcomes — you've successfully expanded business value and accelerated revenue in previous roles. Your ability to identify new opportunities within existing relationships aligns perfectly with Affirm's growth objectives. You excel at executing tailored go-to-market strategies and have experience negotiating partnership amendments to support evolving business needs. Building trusted relationships is second nature to you, and you can effectively engage with teams and mid-level leaders within partner organizations. You are data-driven, using insights to monitor and optimize partnership performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and strategic goals. As an internal advocate for partners, you uphold high standards for performance, innovation, and value creation. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product and Marketing teams to support roadmaps and campaigns that enhance the success of strategic partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a named portfolio of existing payments partnerships, focusing on expanding business value and driving merchant acquisition. You will identify new opportunities within existing partner relationships that align with Affirm's growth objectives. Executing go-to-market strategies tailored to each partnership will be a key responsibility, including developing cross-functional execution plans. You will negotiate partnership amendments and renewals as needed to support evolving business objectives. Monitoring and optimizing partnership performance using data-driven insights will be crucial, ensuring alignment with KPIs and strategic goals. You will act as an internal advocate for partners, maintaining high standards for performance, innovation, and value creation. Collaboration with Product and Marketing teams will be essential to support roadmaps and campaigns that enhance the success of strategic partners.
