Affirm is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support the integration of their solution with retail partners. You'll leverage your technical and communication skills to resolve integration issues and improve operational processes. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in a relevant industry.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience and 1-3 years of experience in a relevant industry such as Tech, eCommerce, or SaaS. Your past roles have involved written communication with stakeholders, customers, or partners, showcasing your ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You possess exceptional technical and communication skills, enabling you to support partners throughout the integration process. You are adept at troubleshooting technical issues and have a keen eye for identifying operational efficiencies.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Specialist at Affirm, you will provide exemplary support to merchant partners on various topics, including marketing best practices and implementation guidance. You will resolve technical integration issues related to partnersβ e-commerce front-end platforms and back-end order management systems, ensuring a smooth integration experience. Your role will involve identifying and implementing new operational processes to drive efficiency, as well as developing detailed technical documentation to assist partners. You will engage with internal stakeholders to define cross-functional workflows and provide valuable product feedback from clients to the Product and Engineering teams to enhance overall product performance and feature set.
