Who you are
You are an enthusiastic individual eager to help small to mid-sized firms transition to a more efficient bookkeeping solution. You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with clients to ensure they realize the full value of the product. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple accounts effectively, ensuring that all technical implementation steps are completed accurately. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are proactive in reaching out to clients to support their ongoing success. You understand the importance of customer education and are willing to create materials that help users navigate the product seamlessly.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Specialist at Keeper, you will conduct onboarding calls with prospective customers, guiding them through the initial setup of the product. Your role will involve training clients to use the tool effectively, ensuring they can manage their bookkeeping tasks with ease. You will coordinate with Account Executives to identify any potential issues that may prevent prospects from subscribing to Keeper. After the initial three-month implementation period, you will work to maintain a high renewal rate by proactively reaching out to accounts and addressing any support inquiries they may have. Additionally, you will create customer education materials, such as video feature overviews and product documentation, to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
