Your experience has equipped you with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement new processes that drive efficiency. You are also comfortable developing technical documentation that aids in the integration process and enhances partner understanding of the Affirm solution.

What you'll do

As an Implementation Specialist at Affirm, you will provide exemplary support to merchant partners on various topics, including marketing best practices and implementation guidance. You will resolve technical integration issues related to partners' e-commerce front-end platforms and back-end order management systems, ensuring a smooth integration experience. Your role will involve identifying and implementing new operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

You will engage with internal stakeholders to define cross-functional workflows and provide valuable product feedback from clients to the Product and Engineering teams. This feedback will be crucial in improving overall product performance and feature sets, ensuring that Affirm's solutions meet the evolving needs of its partners. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be key to your success in this role.
