Your ability to balance operational excellence with large-scale transformation is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Global Equity and Payroll at Affirm, you will oversee the entire global function, ensuring consistency, precision, and ease in payroll and equity administration. You will architect and implement global processes that support Affirm's rapid international expansion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery in every jurisdiction. Your responsibilities will include designing and recommending new global policies, technology roadmaps, and organizational structures that are compliant and scalable.
