You are a strategic and data-driven leader with extensive experience in revenue enablement. You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement strategies that enhance team performance and drive revenue growth. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively across various functions, aligning priorities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You possess strong storytelling skills, enabling you to articulate the company's narrative and value proposition clearly across different markets and channels. You are adept at performance management, using data to inform decisions and drive outcomes that benefit both the organization and its customers. Your leadership style is empowering, as you build programs that support team development and enhance seller readiness.
Desirable
Experience in a similar role within the fintech or technology sector would be advantageous. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and cross-functional alignment is a plus. You may also have a background in sales or customer success, providing you with insights into the challenges faced by customer-facing teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Global Revenue Enablement organization, focusing on driving performance and productivity across all customer-facing teams. You will be responsible for defining and executing a unified enablement strategy that accelerates seller readiness and enhances cross-functional alignment. Your key responsibilities will include developing a go-to-market strategy that aligns product, pricing, legal, and revenue priorities. You will shape the storytelling and positioning that brings Affirm's narrative to life, ensuring it resonates across various verticals and channels. Additionally, you will develop and lead a global enablement strategy that drives revenue attainment and delivers scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support revenue initiatives and ensure that teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
