What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Enterprise Engineering at Vanta, you will lead the IT Operations and Systems Engineering functions, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's IT strategy forward. You will oversee all aspects of employee technology, from service desk operations to enterprise systems strategy and governance. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that supports both in-office and remote workforces.

You will partner with various departments, including Security, People, Finance, Go-To-Market Systems, and Procurement, to make informed technology investments that scale with the company's growth. Your role will require you to balance strategic planning with operational execution, ensuring that Vanta's technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and capable of supporting the company's mission to help businesses earn and prove trust.
