Overview

Affirm is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Enablement to lead their Global Revenue Enablement organization. You'll drive performance and productivity across customer-facing teams, focusing on enablement strategy and data-driven performance management. You are a strategic and data-driven leader with a proven track record in revenue enablement. With extensive experience in developing and executing enablement strategies, you understand how to align cross-functional teams to drive performance and productivity. You possess strong storytelling skills that help articulate the company's narrative across various channels and verticals. Your expertise in performance management allows you to build programs that empower teams and improve outcomes effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about elevating execution across the entire revenue lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced fintech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies that align product, pricing, and legal priorities. You have a knack for developing scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs that enhance seller readiness and ramp time. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will be crucial in driving revenue attainment and supporting internal revenue initiatives.
