Who you are
You have extensive experience in designing and implementing enablement programs tailored for Go-to-Market teams, with a strong emphasis on onboarding new hires and providing role-based training. Your background includes a deep understanding of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) landscape, allowing you to effectively translate product and industry insights into actionable training materials. You excel in creating scalable and measurable enablement frameworks that enhance team performance and drive revenue growth. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring that all training initiatives align with organizational goals. You are results-oriented, with a proven track record of improving ramp times and win rates through effective enablement strategies. You thrive in a customer-facing organization and are passionate about empowering teams to succeed.
Desirable
Experience in the GRC market is a plus, as it allows you to bring valuable insights into the training programs you develop. Familiarity with various learning management systems and enablement tools will enhance your ability to deliver impactful training experiences. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of a comprehensive enablement framework that prepares teams to effectively sell and support LogicGate's Risk Cloud platform. You will design and implement onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. You will collaborate with product and industry experts to develop training content that is relevant and impactful, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities within the GRC space. Your efforts will directly influence key performance indicators such as ramp time and win rates, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization. You will also be responsible for ongoing skill development initiatives, ensuring that team members continue to grow and adapt in a rapidly changing market. Regularly assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven adjustments will be a key part of your responsibilities.
