Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on digital wallets or payment systems — you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex environments and deliver impactful results. Your strong analytical skills allow you to define and track key performance indicators, ensuring that your products meet user needs and business objectives. You are comfortable working in ambiguous areas, using data to inform your decisions and drive experimentation. Your collaborative nature enables you to partner effectively with engineering, design, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared vision across teams.
Desirable
Experience with BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) solutions or similar financial products is a plus — you understand the nuances of consumer finance and can leverage this knowledge to enhance product offerings. Familiarity with user experience design principles will help you create delightful customer interactions that drive engagement and satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Affirm, you will translate the company's mission into a clear product roadmap for the Digital Wallets and Agentic Commerce areas. You will ship experiments in areas such as agentic checkout and BNPL in physical stores, scaling successful initiatives across partners and channels. Your role will involve defining and owning KPIs such as GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume), approval rates, and conversion metrics, ensuring that your products deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, design, risk, and legal teams to navigate the complexities of product development and compliance. Additionally, you will engage with merchant and platform partners to enhance integrations and drive adoption of Affirm's solutions.
