Your strong analytical skills allow you to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively, ensuring that your products meet both user needs and business objectives.

You are a hands-on product leader who thrives in ambiguous situations — you can quickly move from insights to experiments, and you enjoy the challenge of designing delightful user experiences that integrate seamlessly with external platforms like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your collaborative nature enables you to partner effectively with engineering, analytics, design, and legal teams, ensuring that all aspects of product development are aligned.

You possess a deep understanding of the BNPL landscape and are passionate about redefining commerce — you are excited about the potential of agentic experiences and how they can transform consumer interactions. Your strategic mindset allows you to think long-term about platform development while also being agile enough to pivot based on user feedback and market trends.

Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies is a plus — you understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using tools like SQL to analyze user behavior and product performance. Familiarity with the fintech industry and emerging payment technologies will give you an edge in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will translate Affirm's mission into a clear product roadmap for the Digital Wallets & Agentic Commerce team — you will own high-impact product areas and ensure that your initiatives align with the company's strategic goals. You will ship experiments in areas such as agentic checkout and BNPL in physical stores, scaling successful ideas across various partners and channels.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, design, risk, and legal teams to define and own KPIs such as gross merchandise volume (GMV), approval rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV) — your ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources will be crucial in driving product success. You will also engage with external partners and merchants to enhance the integration of Affirm's services within their platforms.

Your role will involve continuous iteration and improvement of product features based on user feedback and performance metrics — you will be responsible for ensuring that the user experience is not only delightful but also functional and efficient. You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
