Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for their Card Platform team to drive strategy and execution for their Money Movement and Ledgers. You have a strong background in product management, particularly in the financial technology sector, with a focus on card issuing and payments infrastructure. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy in high-growth environments. You are outcomes-driven and action-oriented, comfortable navigating complex dependencies across various stakeholders. You possess deep domain expertise in financial products and a passion for delivering honest and user-friendly solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams makes you a valuable asset in any project.
Desirable
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes are highly regarded. A background in compliance and legal aspects of financial products will set you apart as a candidate. You are also encouraged to bring any experience with user research and A/B testing to the table, as these skills will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager on the Card Platform team, you will own the strategy and execution for Affirmβs Money Movement and Ledgers across the full suite of the companyβs card products. You will lead the development of critical systems that power funding flows, settlement orchestration, liquidity management, and reconciliation across product lines, processors, card networks, and issuing bank partners. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and Partnerships to deliver high-integrity platform solutions that enable Affirmβs products to scale and grow. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals, and ensuring successful product launches. You will also analyze market trends and user feedback to continuously improve the platform capabilities.
