Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on user acquisition and growth strategies. You understand the metrics that matter for driving product-led growth and have a strong analytical mindset to validate hypotheses through experimentation.
Your experience includes collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a proven track record of launching successful acquisition programs.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies to stakeholders while diving into technical details with engineers. You thrive in cross-functional environments and can align dependencies across various teams to ensure scalable growth.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with credit products is a plus. Familiarity with incrementality testing and customer acquisition cost (CAC) metrics will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and own the Card Acquisition roadmap for new growth channels, setting clear hypotheses and success metrics. You will launch and scale new acquisition surfaces, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-conversion onboarding experiences.
You will design and execute acquisition programs, such as referrals and exploratory partner pilots, ensuring they have measurable CAC to LTV impact. You will own funnel performance end-to-end, tracking weekly acquisitions and implementing robust incrementality testing to maximize conversion rates.
Collaboration is key; you will work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and the Card Foundations team to align dependencies and ensure safe, scalable growth. Continuously experimenting and iterating will be part of your daily routine as you unlock new distribution levers and expand the cardholder base.
