What you'll do

In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for technical questions from external partner stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively. You will lead the development of project plans, driving solution designs, timeline forecasting, task breakdown, and testing strategies to ensure successful project execution. Collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership will be key as you build out partnership roadmaps and serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external teams facing technical challenges.

You will maintain clear and proactive communication with external partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships while ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Your role will also involve managing the execution of long-term initiatives, ensuring that all projects align with Affirm's strategic objectives and technical capabilities.
