Who you are
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, with at least 5 years of experience working directly with partners and systems integrators. You are comfortable navigating both business and technical discussions, able to inspire confidence in decision-makers and technical audiences alike. Your passion for technology, particularly in the realm of data and AI, drives you to stay informed about industry trends and competitive technologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to build technical champions within partner organizations.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Your ability to build relationships with partners and customers is key to your success, as you work to demonstrate the value of Snowflake's technology throughout the sales cycle. You are adaptable and willing to jump into various tasks to support your team and partners, ensuring that everyone is aligned and moving towards shared goals.
Desirable
Experience with cloud data platforms or data warehousing solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts. You may also have a background in consulting or a related field, which enhances your understanding of partner dynamics and business growth strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will engage directly with consulting and systems integrator partners, presenting Snowflake's technology and vision to key decision-makers. You will work hands-on with partners to showcase the capabilities of Snowflake, helping them understand how to leverage the platform to enhance their service offerings. Your goal is to enable partners to grow their Snowflake services business and effectively position Snowflake in the market.
You will collaborate closely with product management and other internal teams to ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. This includes building a local Snowflake technical community and fostering relationships that encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration. You will also immerse yourself in the evolving landscape of data technologies, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary solutions to effectively position Snowflake against them.
