What you'll do
As a CS Ops Intern at Agicap, you will support the Professional Services Operations team in their day-to-day activities. Your main focus will be on assisting the team with tooling, data, and process-related questions. You will help maintain and improve internal documentation, ensuring that FAQs, how-tos, and best practices are up to date. Additionally, you will support various PS Ops projects, including process updates and reporting improvements, while assisting with data checks and analyses to validate dashboards and reports.
