N26 is hiring an IT Operations Specialist for their Endpoints Team to manage global device and identity systems while driving automation-first workflows. You'll work with Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, and macOS. This role requires proven experience in endpoint management at an enterprise scale.

Who you are

You have proven experience managing Google Workspace, Iru (formerly Kandji), and Microsoft Intune at an enterprise scale — you've designed and optimized endpoint management ecosystems that ensure security and compliance across diverse devices. Your expertise in automation and scripting allows you to develop robust solutions that eliminate manual tasks, enhancing efficiency and reliability in IT operations.

You are skilled in treating MDM configurations as code, ensuring version control and peer-reviewed changes to global policies — your approach to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) reflects a commitment to modern automation practices that drive scalability and security. You understand the importance of enforcing rigorous security standards across all endpoints, ensuring that patches, encryption, and zero-trust configurations are automated and verifiable.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex systems issues, you provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior team members — your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly fosters a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared and growth is encouraged. You thrive in a role that bridges traditional systems administration with innovative automation strategies, making you a pivotal part of the IT Operations team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of the endpoint management ecosystem, specifically focusing on Iru for macOS, Microsoft Intune for Windows, and Google Workspace for ChromeOS. You will develop, test, and maintain scripts and automations that streamline onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes, ensuring that manual tasks are minimized and efficiency is maximized.

You will treat MDM configurations as code, implementing best practices for version control and peer review — your work will ensure that global policies are consistently applied and maintained. Security will be a top priority as you enforce standards across all endpoints, automating processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

As the SME for complex systems issues, you will provide high-level support and guidance to your team, helping to resolve Tier 3 issues and mentoring junior members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Your role will be crucial in driving a roadmap centered on automation-first workflows, ensuring that the IT environment is scalable, secure, and self-healing.
