Agicap is hiring an Implementation Consultant to partner with customers in unlocking the full potential of their Treasury platform. You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to help mid-market companies achieve their financial goals.

You have a strong background in customer success or implementation roles, ideally within the finance or technology sectors. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies that drive success. You are a great communicator, capable of building strong relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with internal teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals. You are adaptable and eager to learn, ready to embrace the challenges that come with a rapidly growing company.
Desirable
Experience in Treasury Management or financial software solutions is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in technology will set you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at Agicap, you will play a crucial role in the success of our customers. After a comprehensive training period, you will become their trusted partner, guiding them through the implementation of our Treasury platform. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process, helping clients realize the full potential of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with Sales and Account Management to address customer needs. You will also gather feedback from clients to help improve our product offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.
