Who you are
You have a strong background in managing client implementations, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders ensures that you can guide users through complex integration processes with confidence. You possess superior verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can operate independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your critical thinking abilities enable you to identify and solve internal process inefficiencies, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients. Experience in the payments industry is preferred, as is familiarity with APIs and SQL.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at Stripe, you will be the driving force behind strategic implementations, managing the full onboarding cycle for mid-market clients. You will coordinate with stakeholders, handle deliverables, and meet key timelines to ensure a seamless transition for clients.
