You have a strong background in customer success or implementation consulting, ideally within the financial technology sector. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have experience guiding clients through onboarding and product adoption processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including CFOs and finance teams, sets you apart. You are driven by results and have a passion for helping businesses succeed. What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at Agicap, your primary mission is to ensure that new customers successfully adopt and derive value from our financial management solution. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and providing training to maximize their experience with our product. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the customer success team to drive customer satisfaction and retention, and you will have the opportunity to evolve into more senior roles as the team grows.
