What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at Box, you will work closely with some of the largest enterprises to implement and optimize our content management solutions. You will lead the onboarding process, ensuring that clients understand how to leverage our platform to its fullest potential. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs, driving both user adoption and satisfaction. You will also provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing success for our clients.
