You have a strong background in consulting, ideally with experience in enterprise software solutions. You understand the challenges organizations face in managing content and workflows, and you are passionate about helping them overcome these hurdles. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with complex enterprise systems.
You are familiar with the latest trends in content management and enterprise AI, and you are eager to leverage this knowledge to help clients maximize their use of Box's platform. You have a knack for problem-solving and can think critically about how to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is one of your greatest assets.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant at Box, you will work directly with some of the largest and most complex enterprises in the world. Your primary responsibility will be to guide these organizations through the implementation of Box's Intelligent Content Management platform. You will conduct needs assessments, develop implementation plans, and ensure that clients are set up for success from day one.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Your role will involve training users, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the implementation process. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling additional features and services that can enhance the client experience.
What we offer
Box offers a competitive salary range of $103,000—$129,000 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
