Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy and growth initiatives, ideally within a B2B context — you've successfully translated commercial goals into actionable pricing and marketing strategies that drive business outcomes. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data effectively, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to act as a consultative advisor to various stakeholders including Product, Commercial, and Data Science teams — you understand the importance of collaboration in achieving business objectives. Your experience in designing measurement frameworks and leading rollouts ensures that you can effectively track the success of implemented strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the pricing strategy and execution for Agoda's B2B initiatives — you will design and implement pricing models that align with commercial goals while optimizing for market conditions. You will lead cross-functional teams in executing pricing strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
You will analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform your strategies, using data to drive decisions and recommendations — your ability to interpret complex data sets will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of pricing changes and marketing initiatives, providing insights that will guide future strategies.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with various departments to ensure that pricing strategies are effectively communicated and implemented — you will facilitate discussions and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
