What you'll do

You will collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to create at-scale marketing programs that enhance customer lifetime value — your analytical mindset will help you measure the effectiveness of these programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
You will work closely with product and technology teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product offerings and enhancements — your ability to translate technical details into compelling marketing messages will be key.
You will foster a culture of learning and growth within your team — mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices to elevate the overall performance of the marketing function.
