What you'll do

In this role, you will maintain the quality of product translation and localization for Agoda's various offerings. You will translate English content, including site updates, hotel descriptions, press releases, and promotional materials. Your responsibilities will also include recruiting, managing, and supervising freelance translators to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards. You will provide localization ideas and conduct product reviews to identify inconsistencies and localization issues. Additionally, you will analyze language-specific data to enhance website and campaign performance, contributing to marketing activities that increase visibility within the target market.
