You have experience in the homes, hotel, or travel industry, particularly in online travel, which equips you with the knowledge to navigate the unique challenges of this sector. Your ability to build long-term, cross-cultural partnerships is essential for creating exceptional value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers. You are adept at expanding supply and improving quality, ensuring that Agoda remains competitive in the evolving landscape of non-hotel accommodations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on expanding the supply of non-hotel accommodations in Japan, which includes serviced apartments, homes, private villas, and more. You will strengthen partner relationships, ensuring that Agoda's offerings meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive growth in the Homes segment.
