What you'll do

As a Senior Payroll Specialist at Agoda, you will be the primary expert for the Time Tracking module, ensuring it operates seamlessly and scales effectively. You will collaborate with the Global Service Delivery team to provide support for the time-tracking system, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that all employees have access to the necessary resources. Your role will involve monitoring compliance with payroll regulations and working closely with HR to ensure that all time-tracking data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for training staff on the use of the time-tracking module, helping them understand how to log their time accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency of the payroll process.
