Agoda is hiring an Employee Engagement & Operations Executive for a 1-year contract in Kuala Lumpur. You'll be responsible for enhancing employee engagement and supporting operational initiatives within the company.

You have a strong background in employee engagement and operations, with a passion for fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Your experience in managing diverse teams and understanding employee needs will help you create an environment where everyone can thrive. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and drive improvements in employee satisfaction and engagement.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with team members across various levels of the organization. Your ability to build relationships and trust will be key in promoting a positive workplace atmosphere. You are proactive and take initiative in identifying areas for improvement within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement across the organization.
