Agoda is hiring a Project Manager/Associate Project Manager for their Operational Excellence & Automation team in Bangkok. You'll collaborate with various teams to improve customer experience and efficiency. This role requires strong project management skills and a data-driven mindset.

Who you are

You have experience in project management, ideally within operational excellence or automation, and you understand the importance of data in driving decisions. You are skilled at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives that enhance customer experience. Your background may include process improvement, analytics, or management consulting, and you thrive in environments that require analytical thinking and problem-solving.

You are a strong communicator, able to articulate project goals and updates to various stakeholders. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you are motivated by the impact your work has on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You are adaptable and open to learning new methodologies and tools that can enhance your project management capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead projects aimed at improving operational processes and automating workflows within Agoda's Customer Experience Group. You will work closely with teams across customer support, analytics, product, and people operations to ensure that initiatives are aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, setting timelines, and managing resources effectively to deliver results on time.

You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer experience. This may involve conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering requirements, and facilitating workshops to drive consensus on project objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress, managing risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
