What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Operations in Japan, you will lead the Ad Operations and Account Management functions, driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer success and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of your team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to handle the most strategic campaigns. Your role will involve regular monitoring of team health metrics and implementing policies that promote a culture of respect and dignity.

You will collaborate closely with the Managing Director and other leadership team members to align operational strategies with the company's goals. Your insights will help shape the direction of the team and the overall operational framework. You will also be expected to engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the team delivers exceptional service.
