What you'll do
As the Head of Autonomy, you will define the technical strategy for Agtonomy's autonomous tractor fleet, focusing on delivering state-of-the-art solutions. You will oversee critical areas such as perception, calibration, localization, planning, navigation, and controls, ensuring that the technology is both cutting-edge and commercially viable. You will be responsible for creating and managing the autonomy roadmap, making informed decisions about build-versus-buy strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation within your team.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to ensure that the autonomy solutions meet the needs of the market and align with Agtonomy's mission. Your role will involve mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and driving the execution of projects from conception through to delivery.
