What you'll do

As the Senior Autonomy Operations Manager, you will spearhead on-road testing and mission execution in the Bay Area, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Nuro's hardware and software objectives. You will oversee the data collection and validation critical to autonomy development and commercial partnerships, ensuring that every deployment reflects Nuro's commitment to safety.

You will manage a large, multi-layered team, promoting operational excellence while maintaining a culture of inclusion and psychological safety. Your responsibilities will include coordinating pilot rollouts and ensuring that all operational processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
