What you'll do
In this role, you will lead optimization initiatives within the global support function, designing and launching competency frameworks that enhance team performance. You will review and refine team workflows, ensuring that best practices are implemented across the board. Your contributions will directly influence the success of community support programs, as you work closely with frontline teams to implement new service lines and channels.
You will be responsible for launching product features and managing changes in workflows and training, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. What we offer
