Who you are

You are a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate with substantial experience in customer service and team management. You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to balance real-time and planned work effectively. Your adaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment are key, as is your commitment to delivering the highest standards of service in both English and German. You have a hospitable nature and are analytical, demonstrating top-level customer service skills. You are capable of guiding and upleveling your team of ambassadors, ensuring they provide exceptional support to the Airbnb community.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee a strong operational environment for your teams, ensuring high-quality support for the community. You will manage one or more internal customer service teams, typically consisting of 10-15 ambassadors. Your responsibilities will include coaching your team to enhance their skills and performance, as well as maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness, especially when under pressure, while balancing various operational tasks. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a supportive and efficient work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €70,000—€90,000 EUR annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
