What you'll do

As a CS Specialist in Premium Support, you will take ownership of cases and provide end-to-end support to key members of our community, including the Luxury segment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring complete resolution of customer inquiries while fostering strong relationships with users. You will be on the front line, interacting directly with customers and internal teams, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will also need to quickly learn new tools and processes to enhance your effectiveness in this role.
