You are an operational expert with a solid understanding of customer support services, ready to provide real-time guidance and support to your team. What you'll do

As a Team Specialist, you will support one or more internal customer support services, ensuring that the Delivery team functions smoothly. Your responsibilities will include assisting in-progress casework and creating a successful operational environment for Ambassadors, Supervisors, Operations Managers, and Delivery Excellence Managers. You will be expected to provide operational assistance and guidance, helping your team navigate challenges and maintain high standards of service delivery. Your role may involve collaborating with various teams within Community Support, adapting to new challenges, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
