Overview

Snowflake is hiring a Field Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day management of the sales engine and influence regional GTM strategy. This role requires strong operational skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in sales or customer acquisition. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights makes you a valuable partner to regional leaders. What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the execution operations partner to Regional VPs, managing the day-to-day operations of the sales engine. You will act as a Strategic Advisor, leveraging data-backed insights to influence regional go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with District Managers to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. You will analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimizing processes and driving growth. Additionally, you will facilitate communication across teams to ensure that everyone is aligned on goals and objectives. Your role will be critical in enabling the sales team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of Snowflake.
