What you'll do
As the Manager of Safety Regional Operations, you will oversee one or more internal customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of approximately 10-12 Senior Safety Support Ambassadors, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the highest standards of service. You will be instrumental in coaching your team, helping them develop their skills in trauma-informed care. Your role will involve analyzing operational processes and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery. You will also be responsible for balancing immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals, ensuring that your team is prepared to meet the challenges of a dynamic environment. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you work to align your team's efforts with broader company objectives. You will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and effective team culture, where every member feels valued and empowered to contribute.
What we offer
