You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or cybersecurity. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex problems while maintaining attention to detail. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is key to your success in this role. You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals. You are comfortable using CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain a disciplined sales process. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a dynamic sales environment.

What you'll do

As a Regional Sales Manager at Lacework, you will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline that exceeds your assigned quota. You will engage in daily activities that include end-user calls, partner calls, and meetings to generate leads and qualify new opportunities. Your role will involve overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and closing business through various channels, including phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings. You will collaborate closely with your team to execute territory planning and develop effective sales tactics. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain high levels of activity and track all customer interactions diligently in our CRM system.
