Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise account management, ideally within the hospitality or travel sector. Your experience includes driving new business acquisition and successfully onboarding large partners, demonstrating your ability to enhance market presence and partner success. You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You understand the nuances of the hotel industry and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop acquisition strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will focus on driving new Enterprise acquisition and optimizing partnerships with regional or global hotel groups. You will oversee all aspects of supply acquisition, ensuring that hotel partners are successfully onboarded and supported throughout their journey with Airbnb. Your role will involve developing and implementing acquisition strategies, generating leads, and converting them into successful partnerships. You will collaborate closely with other teams to leverage your expertise in the regional market, ensuring that Airbnb's offerings meet the needs of hotel partners and guests alike. Your efforts will contribute to creating a seamless hotel booking experience that enhances guest satisfaction and drives incremental bookings for hotel partners.
