Who you are
You have a proven track record in market management, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry, where you've successfully driven supply growth and built strong relationships with hotel partners. Your experience includes managing accounts and understanding the nuances of hotel operations, which allows you to effectively strategize and execute plans that benefit both guests and hotel partners.
You are a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, capable of operating autonomously while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth, ensuring that your territory remains competitive and attractive to both guests and hotels.
What you'll do
As a Senior Market Manager at Airbnb, you will be responsible for managing individual hotel and chain accounts within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on supply acquisition, ensuring that Airbnb and HotelTonight have the best inventory and deals available for guests. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the market presence of the hotel category, acting as the local expert and driving daily operations directly with hotels.
You will strategize on how to improve hotel partnerships and increase bookings, leveraging your insights to create tailored solutions that meet the needs of both guests and hotel partners. Your role will involve regular communication with hotel management, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the hotels in your portfolio are well-represented on the platform.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $139,000—$163,000 USD, along with potential bonuses and equity options.
