You have a proven track record in market management, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry — your experience includes managing hotel accounts and driving supply acquisition strategies that enhance market presence. You are a strategic thinker who can operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth — your ability to leverage data will help you make informed decisions that benefit both guests and hotel partners. You are adept at building relationships and negotiating deals that drive incremental bookings for hotels.
What you'll do
As a Senior Market Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and expansion of Airbnb's hotel supply in your assigned territory — this includes managing individual hotel and chain accounts, focusing on high-quality inventory acquisition. You will collaborate with various teams to strategize and run daily operations, ensuring that HotelTonight and Airbnb offer the best inventory and deals available for guests.
You will act as the local in-market expert, partnering with hotels to enhance their visibility and performance on the platform — your role will involve regular communication and relationship-building with hotel partners to understand their needs and challenges. You will also analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $139,000—$163,000 USD, along with potential bonuses and equity options.
