What you'll do
As a Senior Market Manager at Airbnb, you will be responsible for managing individual hotel and chain accounts within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health and expansion of our hotel supply, which involves building strong relationships with hotel partners and strategizing on supply acquisition. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the market presence of the Hotel category, ensuring that HotelTonight and Airbnb provide the best inventory and deals for guests.
You will analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and work closely with hotel partners to implement strategies that drive incremental bookings. Your role will require you to be the local in-market expert, providing insights and recommendations to improve operations and enhance the overall guest experience. You will also be involved in daily operations, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and appealing to guests.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $139,000—$163,000 USD, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
