What you'll do

As a Senior Market Manager, you will be responsible for the overall health and growth of Airbnb's supply in your assigned region. This includes managing professional host accounts and developing strategies for acquiring high-quality inventory that aligns with Airbnb's brand values. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the experiences offered meet the expectations of guests while also being commercially viable for hosts. Your role will involve generating and converting supply leads, maintaining experience quality, and nurturing strategic relationships with hosts.

You will help develop scalable localized supply management strategies that cater to both developed and emerging markets. By leveraging your market expertise, you will drive all phases of supply acquisition and market success, ensuring that Airbnb maintains a strong presence in your region.
