You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in vendor relationships and performance metrics. You understand how to translate operational signals into actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring that vendor performance aligns with strategic goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with various stakeholders and align priorities across teams. You are detail-oriented and capable of establishing accountability mechanisms that drive vendor performance improvements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at managing complex workflows and processes.
What you'll do
As a Vendor Performance Manager at Airbnb, you will be the primary operational owner for strategic vendor relationships critical to scaling and managing the Homes program. You will set the portfolio vision and governance for Airbnb’s global vendor ecosystem, defining standards, incentives, and the operating model to enhance growth, cost efficiency, quality, compliance, and risk control. You will act as a senior advisor, translating operational and market signals into clear trade-off recommendations and aligning leaders on priorities and investments. Your role will involve stewarding contract and policy alignment, maturing workflows, and establishing accountability mechanisms that elevate vendor performance from execution to durable business impact. You will also be responsible for institutionalizing executive visibility through rigorous performance narratives, ensuring that vendor performance is consistently monitored and improved.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €80,000—€100,000 EUR annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
