Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing vendor relationships and driving performance in a sales environment — your experience has equipped you with the ability to devise strategies that ensure vendors meet growth targets. You excel in leading business reviews and managing action items effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and focused on achieving results.

Your background includes working with cross-functional teams, allowing you to act as the voice of the customer while collaborating with internal partners. You understand the nuances of the SMB market and have a passion for driving growth through effective vendor management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will fully own revenue growth and quota attainment for the SMB segment in assigned markets. You will devise strategies that ensure the vendor delivers on growth across acquisitions and existing books of business. Leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with the vendor will be a key responsibility, where you will manage ongoing action items and ensure the vendor is driving towards their goals.

You will also be responsible for shaping the go-to-market approach for the Canadian market, supported by your team in Utah. This includes driving the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to activation and account management. Your ability to partner with other North America leaders and international SMB teams will be crucial in achieving success in this role.
